Diplomatico by Mombacho features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. This is the first Mombacho-branded cigar to feature a tobacco other than Nicaraguan. This cigars was made specifically to pair with Diplomatico rum from Venezuela which can be found at fine liquor stores in the US..
