Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Shipping will be done within three business days from when the order was placed. Shipping is free in the continuous 48 states for orders over $100, a flat rate shipping charge of $7.50 will be applied to orders under $100. Orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. An item can take from 1 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the location. A tracking number will be provided via e-mail once the items have shipped. We do not ship overseas.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased at The Leaf Affair Cigar Shop, simply return the purchased items in good condition within 15 days for a full refund. No refunds will be issued on cigars if more than 2 cigars have been smoked from a box or bundle.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at theleafaffair@gmail.com.

If more than 20% of the cigars in a box or bundle are damaged, contact us for a replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
